FREE ESTIMATES:
Our estimators are available to provide a thorough, free estimate while you wait. No appointments are necessary. We use computerized estimating systems to provide the most complete and accurate estimate possible.

TOWING:
If your vehicle is not drivable, please call our office and we would be happy to arrange for a tow to our facility. If you require towing after hours, please call Floyds' Towing at 262-637-6589. Floyd's will be happy to pick you and your vehicle up. Just let them know you would like it brought to Gentile Collision Center and you don't have to worry about the charges, as Floyd's will bill us directly for the service. We will then address these charges with your insurance company when completing your final bill.

SHUTTLE SERVICE:
We provide a COMPLIMENTARY shuttle service to get you home or to work, and to get you back to the shop when your vehicle is ready.

ONE STOP SHOPPING:
State law says that you as the vehicle owner get to decide where your vehicle will be repaired. The insurance company will then work with us to get your vehicle in "like new" condition. Gone are the days of getting 3 estimates and the insurance company paying the lowest. We are on the list of preferred providers for some of the largest insurance companies in Wisconsin. We are able to write the estimate and begin repairs quickly based on these arrangements. In addition, we work closely with all other insurance companies and have developed the trust and respect of adjusters all over southeast Wisconsin.

ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT PARTS:
These days, most insurance companies write estimates that include recycled or aftermarket parts. As a Honda, Toyota, Subaru, Nissan, Hyundai, and Scion dealer, we have the ability to try and match prices. This means that if the insurance company will only pay for an aftermarket part, we may be able to provide you a new, OEM part, for the same price. We also have relationships with many other dealers in the area and try to match their prices on their products as well.
