We met Dave Paulsen at the auto show at Festival Hall. We were looking at the Forester and Outback. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and answered our questions. We made an appointment to test drive the following week. Everything he told us about the vehicles was true. He drives one as well, so spoke from experience. He treated us with utmost respect and was helpful and patient to work out a sale that was fair for both sides. Lonnie, his manager, stopped to introduce himself and offer any assistance as well. They both were so very low pressure and concerned that we get the vehicle we wanted. The experience was stressfree. I highly recommend Dave as your sales person. We bought the Outback and LOVE IT! I also recommend their service department since I've used them for about 6 years now. Their finance person Carlos was helpful and informative and respected our choices.

Mark Bulanow was my sales rep and he was extremely helpful in finding me the Subaru I requested. The car I requested was not on site and it took time to find one, but Mark was courteous, informative (without being insulting), and kept in contact with me up to the day I was able to pick up my car. The shop manager and finance manager were also extremely gracious and informative. I've already asked Mark to keep his eyes open for another car for my son - I'm confident he'll be able to find us something terrific!

From the moment I stepped into the dealership, I felt welcomed thanks to Lonnie (Sales Manager which introduced me to Jim Nielsen. Not only did I feel welcomed, I didn't feel pressured. I talked to Jim about the reason I had stopped in. I originally had a 2009 Impreza but was not happy with the bucket seats. I wanted a bigger vehicle. I asked about the Forester and he not only answered my questions but also recommended I test drive the Forester. As we were coming back from the test drive, I noticed a green vehicle (my favorite color) and asked him about it and he said it was an Outback. Needless to say, I asked more questions about the Outback and also test drove it. Well, that made up my mind, not only did I like the Outback but LOVED the COLOR! Jim was so patient with me ...THANKS JIM! When we came back to the dealership and sat down, Lonnie stopped by and asked how I liked the vehicle. Jim and Lonnie were very helpful.
I truly feel the CUSTOMER SERVICE given made it so much easier for me to purchase my 2010 Outback.
I really hope this email gets back not only to the General Manager but the owner of Gentile.
I will definitely be referring my family and friends to Jim Nielsen!

"Great Experience"

I had a wonderful experience at Gentile Subaru. I was looking into a Subaru Forrester and my sales woman (Theresa Clemens) was willing to go above and beyond to get me into one. I didn't end up buying that day but I certainly plan to when I do buy. Everyone was friendly and welcoming and willing to make the customer the number 1 priority, which can be so hard to find in car sales these day. I highly recommend them.

I recently purchased my new Subaru from Gentile Subaru in Racine. The entire sales process from start to finish was exceptional. The entire team at Gentile worked very professionally to ensure my complete satisfaction. I was also very impressed that both
General Manager Juanita Malkemes and Ralph Gentile thanked me personally for
purchasing my new Subaru Forester from Gentile Subaru.

Since my purchase, I have had the pleasure of bringing my new Subaru to the dealership for my first oil change. Linda from service was very attentive to assure I was taken care of in a timely manner. I also received a "free" car wash. That was a very nice touch.

I highly recommend the entire team at Gentile Subaru and look forward to my continued relationship with Gentile Subaru in the years to come.
